Knockout

Boxing Training
1. Why do they all run, run, run
a.) endless long distance running?

2. One of the first thing's you see as boxer tires
The legs go!

3. Long distance running doesn't strengthen your legs

4. In fact long distance running is prob the most inefficient method to improve your work capacity aswell

Boxing is based on work power and movement of the legs to execute

Not sure where running comes into it!
In fact - boxing trainers get them to run, partly for 'mental strength'
How absurd - mental power is doing the RIGHT thing, not caving into peer pressure. Which is exactly the myth of boxing and their road-work. Peer Pressure, that it's always been done like that.

Interesting to look at golf, where there is similar inept training attitudes. Although one lad, bucks that trend, doesn't cave to peer pressure, and actually treats himself like a true athlete, working through all his muscles and energy systems...
oh, his name's Tiger!

when will one of the boxing fraternity wake-up
They can't all be punch-drunk

Juice-Up
