Accelerate your fat loss through Core fitness intensity


Here's the secret recipe to burn fat like an incinerator!

There are 2 major processes involved
1. Mobilization of fat, ie. How to get fat out of your fat cells
2. Transport & Oxidation of your fat


1. Mobilization: is controlled by the sensitive hormone Lipase. The more Lipase the more fat mobilization!
a.) But how do you increase Lipase...
b.) by increasing catecholamine levels. You increase those through High intensity exercise
However
Lipase is limited by insulin, ie. if you have have high insulin levels, then your lipase levels will be low
c.) Regulating Insulin is based on your nutrition (keeping sugar and refined foods out is critical)

2. Transport & Oxidation of your fat.
When you have high levels of Lipase, your fat breaks down into FFA (Free Fatty Acids)
a.) FFA circulate in the blood – eventually ending up in the muscle where they can be burned as energy.
b.) FFA are limited by carnitine - High carnitine levels mean high fat transport
BUT
If muscle gylcogen is high then carnitine is low
So you need high intensity exercise to reduce your muscle glycogen

SIMPLE
High Intensity = accelerated fat loss
