Knockout 2

Just some pointers for the Boxing dinosaurs out there

1. Work Capacity
(ie. the ability to keep punching, and move either to effect more punches or evade the opponent)
a.) The amount of oxygen consumption in a workout
b.) ie. the total muscle mass involved
c.) the range of motion of the muscles
d.) the resistance worked against the muscles
