Change


It’s not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to CHANGE

The goal of training is to force a change! It is a method to broach a threshold in your body…that then forces adaptation and change in YOU.

Quality training does this as effectively and efficiently as possible. Ie it optimizes your time, effort and impact onto your body.
