Intention, Action, Results


Do everything with Intention!

a.) Yeah - get a laser effect to every action you do.

Every action, has a thought behind it. Control those thoughts and you control the action.

1. When you're exercising, action intent with every movement
a.) What muscles are supposed to be working, focus energy and vitality to optimize that.

2. Intent gives you enjoyment
a.) It positions focus and understanding of what you're doing.
b.) It galvanizes the desire of the thing you're actually doing.
c.) ie. it makes it better
d.) It optimizes it.

Remember you decided to do it in the first place.

Amplify by really focussing the Intent.
