1. Shearing Sheep!

2. I've heard alot of comments about instability training.
a.) yes - done correctly it is an advantageous form of training

3. Done incorrectly - and the traumatic effects of "shearing" come into play
a.) Horizontal forces that can cause enormous and sometimes disabling injury.

4. Remember the goal of training is to create a positive adaptation
a.) which is resulted from broaching a threshold point.

5. Following the 'sheep' with all levels of instability training (because it looks cool (in many instances) - is a very potentially dangerous journey

6. Pineapple platforms - are purely vertical.
a.) Ensuring you the safest and optimum method to engage stimulation for the greatest positive training effect.

Keep clear of sheep
a.) Dangerous Shearing
b.) Following the aimless madding crowd.
