WHY or die!
The WHY - eventually all leads to you wanting & getting to feel amazing (“Juiced”)
perhaps also the simple “WHY” or you ‘Die!’
If you’re not moving (exercising) 2 facts occur that do nothing but accelerate your death
1.) not moving means all your body fluids become stagnant - pooling and harboring toxins that you’ve accumulated. Think of it as a level of ‘suicide’ (simply slowly poisoning yourself!)
2.) Aging is simple matter of your cells losing their electrical potential. Movement (exercise) keeps them energized (optimally electricized) - again: slow death + an acceleration of disease (as that’s really just the simple case of a cell being below its optimum electric ‘level’
