Forget crunches – BS exercise (your midsection is designed to stabilize not shorten!)

Anyway – focus on Major muscle groups, and mega fat-burning whole body movements

Then finish with Midsection stabilization (plank, column, dead-man) exercises.

Make sure you’re staying plenty hydrated, and eating good natural, healthy food.
