You don't evaluate how 'strong or fit' someone is simply by measuring the size of their muscles.
1. It's what the muscle does
a.) how it performs
2. What's the synchronicity?
3. What's the density of mitochondrion?leading to assessment of...
a.) the effectiveness of oxygen transfer from your lungs into your blood
b.) strength & co-ordination of muscles in your lungs (to breathe)
c.) your efficiency to get rid of 'waste'
d.) Efficiency to transfer energy
...
of course a muscle looks beautifulHOW it makes you feel is the secret!
