There are 2 types of question
1. Questions designed to honestly elicit more information.
2. Questions designed to demonstrate how much you know or your position on an issue.
I think in the same vein - there are only 2 types of workout
I. Workout that stimulates you at a fresh level, broaching a threshold intensity level and causing an adaptation
II. Workout's that are at a level the person knows they can comfortably achieve
Doesn't take alot to work out which form of "Question" gets Answers that translates into Solutions
