Watched the Mayweather-Mosley fight at the w'end.
1. Floyd is a brilliant example of efficiency.
a.) Elite quality
b.) Excellence of expenditure.
2. Whether you like his 'persona' or not - he is super-level efficiency.
3. How's your workout?
Don;t forget there's a "Benefit Intensity' you need to achieve to ensure you get benefit from your training
PLUS
there's a sweet-spot of time. Just spending more doesn't increase the results. You have to optimize the window of opportunity when you're in that training zone - Juiced on the Benefit Intensity
