Tapestry & your Workout!


Your workout is akin to a Tapestry. It's how you view it.

Do you see the picture - or just the knots

1. ie. do you have the vision in your workout to 'feel' and 'vision' the muscle action & fat-burning that take place?

2. You can't immediately grasp the results

3. But just like the person constructing the tapestry, you have to maintain your vision, and process.

4. It only looks great when its finished
